Annotation by Hkhanirl

1. e4 e5

Standard King side opening.

2. Bf1c4 Ng8f6 3. Nb1c3 Bf8c5 4. Ng1f3 d6 5. d3 Bc8g4 6. h3 Bg4xf3 7. Qd1xf3 O-O

Castled early to avoid any surprises from White, there is still development outstanding on the Queen side. Threat posed by white Bishop needs to be dealt with.

8. Bc1g5

White probably wants to take the Knight to create double pawns and weaken the King. I need to support my Knight with another Knight.

8... Nb8d7 9. h4

It seems that the White wants to create a King side pawn storm.

9... h6 10. Bg5e3 a5

It appears that White wants to castle Queen side, creating pressure on the Queen side.

11. a4 Bc5xe3

I wanted White to move his Queen, so that I can advance my Knight.

12. Qf3xe3 Nd7c5 13. f4 Nf6g4

Pressuring White's Queen, exchanging Pawns is not in my best interest.

14. Qe3g3 h5 15. f5 Nc5d7

White is advancing on the King side, need to check the pawns advancement and create counter threats.

16. O-O-O Nd7f6 17. Nc3e2 c6 18. d4

This is a mistake by White, advancing the pawn, it has weakened it's structure and now I can attack the pawn unguarded at e4.

18... Nf6xe4 19. Rh1f1

This is a blunder, White didn't see the threat to his Queen. Queen has to go.

19... Ne4xg3 20. Ne2xg3 Ng4e3

With Queen gone, e3 is a perfect place for the Knight, both rooks and Bishop are in danger. White resigned.
