I don't know if there is specific rule in the FAQ or not about using other peoples real names. I certainly know it is frowned on. Even if you have used your real name in one of the Forums doesn't give anyone else permission to use it. I believe you could have a Moderator remove it if you so desired.

I believe he was talking about Terms of Service, when he mentioned the TOS, it just hadn't occured to me at the time. No one as a rule brings up the subject.
