I don't know what it is called but it just repeats "we're the kids of america woah oh" over and over again... its advertising some sort of bite sized pizza roll.

It's called, surprisingly, "Kids in America"; it doesn't "just repeat that"; it's originally by Kim Wilde (oo-er); don't confuse the advertisement jingle with the song it was ripped from; and don't insult the wet dreams from my childhood, dammit!
