meh, they went to Portugal and you tried to stone them! and not with weed i hasten to add! I dont think they pretend to be anything other than they are, i like them!
Seriously, its a fine line for me with the music I like and that which I dont. I'm very particular, but I'll always give indie artists a go.

Which is exactly why I like music so much, my good sir.
We can have completely diferring virews on it and it all has some sort of meaning for us.
I can relate to your experience.
I suspect you'd think Primus was just shtick and a joke band.
They sum it up well with their own slogan "Srimus Pucks" 🙂

You know why they're called Nickelback, don't you? It's 'cause it should cost only five cents to visit their concerts, but if you have any musical taste at all, you'll still want your nickel back afterwards.

yes indeed, i wonder what prompted it, also i am quite surprised at the perception people have of nickelback, I mean are they really sooo bad?
I think the organizers were to blame.

Neither is the support band but I guess U2 go on last so...
Could you imagine the crowd? Those young (wannabe)'gangbangers' mixed with the adult rockers😀 crackup...
Originally posted by karoly aczelI think the despise from Slipknot and Dimmu Borgir fans towards Nickelback is probably worse... but, yeah, that sounds also like a bad combination.
