That's obvious. I was asking the folks here with law degrees about a legal issue, and you don't qualify.
So long as the defendant who is being accused by unnamed sources does not have the last name Biden or Clinton, they are guilty until proved innocent.

Which "gals" are you referring to?
In a forum over-weighted with improper nomenclature, I feel this is needed. Anyway, it means boys and girls and also the other 84 genders. I’m a southern boy and find it impossible to refer to girls as guys. I think that’s a good thing.

When I first started here I was quite open about my identity. I had social media links on my bio page. Sleepyguy once PMed me asking whether I really wanted my identity so open to some of the nutjobs who post here regularly (he gave an example, but I'm not going to say who it was). I thought about it and took down the links. But anyone who really cares to can probably figure out my real name and at least half a dozen regulars here know what it is.

For example, the Dred Scott Decision. It was made in an era of political power favoring slavery. Here you had the most brilliant legal minds of that era justifying racism using their legal jargon.
As a result, I really have trouble taking anything they say seriously, especially with personal experience in the court of law where the one who spends the most on lawyers typically wins. Lawyers don't care about truth or justice, just winning and are well known liars and sociopaths as a result. In fact, Google professions with the most sociopaths and you will see Lawyers come in at #2.
The scary part is, as bad as it is, the US legal system is still best in the world. Typically in third world countries like Mexico they just kill everyone instead of winning a legal battle against them.

If we are discussing that doctor fees will be slashed with a democrat win, someone here may say he/she is a doctor and give their point of view. Since we dont know if he/she is a doctor, what they try to back up with 'Dr. experience" would hold very little water.
