The IRS controls his tax returns and laws prevent them from making his returns information public.

In case you don't know, CONGRESS CAN subpoena tax records from ANYONE, including Chump, er, Trump, LEGALLY.
The fact Trump says screw you to congress just PROVES he has something to hide.
