@no1marauder saidThe usual conditions.
What are the stakes?
What are the specific conditions?
If the results are contested at the general election the winner is determined when opponent concedes.

@no1marauder
Biden said that Russia's Vladimir Putin is "clearly losing the war in... Iraq".
That is consistent with Alzheimer's disease. He is losing his ability to tell past from present.

I think you would have to be a fool to accept the bet, but I am still offering.
@metal-brain saidOh don’t worry the non fascist sane ones will vote to keep the dictator in waiting out of the White House.
Or not vote at all.

Anyone who is not an evangelical right wing fascist will bury the Republican Party in 2024
Do you actually think the average American actually wants to live in Putins Russia?
@kevcvs57
Repetition increases belief in false statements. This illusory truth effect occurs with many different types of statements (e.g., trivia facts, news headlines, advertisements), and even occurs when the false statement contradicts participants’ prior knowledge.

That is why you and so many others are convinced lies are the truth. They did it with repetition. That is the foundation of propaganda.
@kevcvs57 saidDemocrats have morphed into the authoritarian party, which makes the democrats fascists by your primitive definition. Now Trump is going to dupe people in the exact same way you have been attempting to, only it will work for Biden's opponent whoever that may be. Probably Trump.

@metal-brain saidGood luck with that; despite that 50 year old story getting play in 2020, Biden won overwhelmingly in South Carolina, taking every county, and getting 61% of the Black vote. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_South_Carolina_Democratic_presidential_primary
@kevcvs57
If an opponent of Biden has enough money to run negative campaign ads about his "racial jungle" quote he could lose South Carolina. It would not be that hard to convince Black people he is the racist that he is.
@no1marauder saidAre you claiming the black people in SC already know about his Racial Jungle quote?

@metal-brain saidYou've posted about it at least a hundred times. It's an almost 50 year old story that was all over the place before the 2020 election; the article you cite is from July 2019, more than 6 months before the South Carolina primary, which Biden won easily, was held.
Are you claiming the black people in SC already know about his Racial Jungle quote?

It made no difference then and it won't make any difference next year.
@no1marauder saidYou are lying. Most people do not know anything about Biden's "racial jungle" quote.

They will before the election though.
@metal-brain saidFunny, you said the same thing before the 2020 election.
You are lying. Most people do not know anything about Biden's "racial jungle" quote.
They will before the election though.
And you quote a story publicizing it long before the primaries that year.
@Metal-Brain
OBVIOUSLY you WANT BIden to lose and will say anything, do anything in your extremely limited abilities to pull off, so this is you wish list since you want ANYONE in there who loves Putin.
That is the bottom line with you, how well the next POTUS will kiss Putin's ass like Trump did in Helsinki. You must have been creaming in your jeans when you saw that one.
@no1marauder saidMost people did not know anything about Biden's "racial jungle" quote back then either and they still don't.
Funny, you said the same thing before the 2020 election.

Publicizing it long before the primaries that year never happened. Your resorting to lies is noted. Do your own poll. Ask people if they know about it. You would never do that though. You would be afraid they would assume you are a republican. You don't have the guts and you don't want to know the truth.
@metal-brain saidJesus, you cited an article with the whole "racial jungle" brouhaha published in July 2019 (in Business Insider which is a reputable, well-read source) but now claim "Publicizing it long before the primaries that year never happened."?

You truly are pathetic.
Here's the Trump campaign referencing it as well as making all sort of claims to try to show Joe Biden was a "racist": https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/trump-campaign-statement-bidens-offensive-racial-history
How'd that work out:
Black vote:
Biden 87%
Trump 12%
