I'm obviously not certain that he was referring to H1N1 pandemic but it was a big deal at the time and Xiden was very involved in the response.

China suffered as much or more than anywhere else and it was BS it came out of a lab because the specificity of the little darts on the surface of the Covid virus would have been WAY above our ability to make in a lab. ANYONE'S lab.
The incompetence was the result of Trump having stock in a competing pharm company, it was shown later so he didn't give a rats ass about who died, 'I did not want to cause panic' was his comment, which is an extremely weak concept for a leader, he downplayed it for months not even bothering to do what we could have done ATT, social distancing, masks and making sure hospitals had access to ventilators and he made sure his pet red states got the majority of them and even in one case a blue state had purchased a supply of ventilators, he had his troops confiscate the entire shipment already paid for and diverted them to a red state. He has many unneeded deaths on his ugly hands.
