Biden did it on purpose. That was made clear in the report. They just let him off the hook because they assumed he is too old to remember he did it. It is the senile defense.
Since Trump confused Nikki with Pelosi should he have a senile defense as well? He forgot. That is supported by the fact he sent NARA the classified documents that outed himself. If he remembered why did he send NARA the classified documents in a self destructive way? Seems to me Trump has a good senile defense as well.

Yes I dispute it. Read the links; May 2021 is when NARA demanded them, January 2022 is when Trump turned over 15 boxes. Thus, NARA clearly knew Trump had classified documents before he turned them over (and he retained many as the indictment shows) and you are lying to claim otherwise.

You are ignoring "why" NARA demanded them. How did NARA become aware that Trump had classified documents? If it is not because Trump gave NARA classified documents as I have repeatedly said then how? Can you answer that very simple question? No? Why not?
