@mott-the-hoople saidRead the report and you'll find that there was one case (maybe) of statutory rape, perhaps a handful of touching incidents that might qualify as "sexual assault" and maybe a dozen of "grooming" loosely defined. Over four years.

The vast majority of incidents were alleged improper comments or actions like looking into a girl's room by a janitor when teenagers were present. Now these incidents, when substantiated, may well warrant disciplinary action but the report as a whole does not show the degree of rapine and sexual predators that the articles ridiculously claim.
