The State of Israel was declared on 14th May 1948.
The War of Independence started a few days after.

How come the Palestinian People in 1947 deserved death for not accepting the UN's non-binding partition plan but Israel is immune from your criticism for refusing to accept a course of action overwhelmingly recommended by the UN?

A country is simply an area of land on the Earth’s surface so saying it was never a country is nonsense.

Arabs are not indigenous to Palestine.
