This will answer that. Because, it is possibly going to SCOTUS, which means it is a Constitutional Issue. I assume that it is, since W Virginia thinks it is, see link. So that is what it has to do with the Constitution .

I really really someone would answer why it is OK for humans who have different physical makeup (regardless of what sex they are) to compete against each other.? It would follow that men should not compete against women. So, what do you think?

I think we should not rely on SCOTUS or any other big gubment bureaucracy to solve all our problems.

I am also surprised you have such faith in government to address these very complex issues. Freedom should be the guiding principle, but instead you all say "but what about the children"... This is obviously an argument that can be, and has been, used by government to restrict liberty in thousands of different ways.

I'm surprised you're in favor of it.
