Meant 'who' fail weed tests. If I were an employer, I think I have a right to fire staff who have weed evidence of any nature. The arguments about this will probably be along the lines of the baker who would not bake a gay wedding cake. It is my enterprise, I built it, and here again your govt wants to tell me how to run it.

"If I were an employer, I think I have a right to fire staff who have weed evidence of any nature."
Should someone be fired for having had a couple of beers a week prior?

Workers have rights too. You fire someone for not doing their job, not because you don't approve what they do in their free time

The new Biden admin wanted to fire anyone that admitted to smoking weed, wonder if that would also apply to Barry Obama if he wanted to work there?

Fire them in states where it's legal?
Small government?

Lib posts got nuthin!! This is a prime example. Hey Shav, you have a bread bakery. The government tells you that you cannot fire a guy who chews gum with A coconut fragrance . You hate coconuts, your granddad choked to death on a coconut shard. Say. “Oh, now I get it.” Whiner ?? The person that wrote this bill is a whiner surely, Obviously given to allowing adults to be all around us. I think I have deduced that you don’t have any children.

I quite disagree. If I open up a bakery, I can make certain restrictions on people who come to work for me. I disagree. I think I am restricted to race color creed etc. etc. discrimination, but but I don’t think it says anything about beer.

Do Libs ever think, or just recite narratives?

They asked people if they EVER smoked pot and would fire them for saying yes.
So Barack should have been fired before taking office under their rules.

Try this one....Should I have the right to fire my receptionist if she comes in tomorrow morning with a nose ring? A nose ring? In a highly respectable office dealing with peoples' lives, peoples' planning?? What if I were a surgeon and she has a diamond inserted thru her lower and upper lips? The patient will see her just before I put him to sleep to start cutting. Can patient demand she leave the room? Libs hate questions, y'all just dictate.

My 'This is my enterprise' probably threw you, it is a far cry from, instead, all sitting in a circle and passing around a loaf of bread to share. A difficult concept for libs to grasp. My bakery, my rules, as long as I do not violate con law. I predict that this will not become law. Remember, the little bakery couple ran those people out of their bakery after the court ruled appropriately.

Would a private employer have the right to fire someone for using the "N-word" on social media?
