That individual was arrested. No one claimed he shouldn't have been. It in ABSOLUTE fact was it was an insurrection. AND the head of the snake was Trump which has been shown without a shadow of a doubt.

The facts are the person who was arrested for attempted murder of Kavanaugh wasn't involved in any of the peaceful protests outside his home. He came alone at 1 AM and was quickly arrested as he should have been.
How that one individual's actions is a sufficient excuse to deny the People rights enshrined in the First Amendment is hard to fathom to rational minds.
And neither you nor Mott will address the fact that the law as written means that police should break up any demonstration at the SCOTUS building itself. I can guess how both of you would have been told to respond if this law was enforced against the March for Life.
