It’s commercial propaganda imo.

He does smoke a lot of bush and subsequently talks a lot of nonsense, but he also make driverless cars so it’s not a massive leap. Haven’t techies been playing with this human / chip interface for a while now. Sooner or later I wouldn’t bet against it.
