Ukraine said its troops attacked and partially destroyed a column of armed vehicles that had crossed the border from Russian territory, while Russia said it was concerned about an attack on another convoy carrying aid.
How will Putin react? You know Obama isn't going to do anything no matter what Putin does.

2) Why should we care about what the Russians do in eastern Europe?

May have been a blessing in disguise.
We should never have allowed the Russians any influence outside of Russia after WWII.
