I once heard Aaron Brown (no, not him; Aaron C. Brown) given an interesting lecture on how derivatives will inevitably replace money. His account of the concurrent rise of the Midwestern exchanges and the game of poker was quite interesting.

So futures in breast implants could be the way to go.
