if you are alive you carry a virus.

Wrong! There are many people who don't carry a virus. You're only displaying your ignorance.
But there is a Possibility that a nurse could have a virus. Why try to confuse this simple fact to benefit your position. Since she could, then by your logic no one should ever work with sick people, because some virus they may be carrying could be transferred to the sick person. Is this too simple? Let’s talk religion!!!

The nurse should take every reasonable precaution to reduce the possibility that she has a virus that causes a deadly, contagious disease. If she refuses to do so, it is only common sense that she should be removed from her position.

The only way to accomplish that is to test vaccinated people since they can carry the virus and infect people.

All of your posts have some sort of ‘control factor’ Between the lines. I would imagine that the word government flows through your mind at least once every hour.

Did you ever actually try to stay on a topic you started?

My post didn't say anything about government; many hospitals and health care facilities have imposed vaccine mandates without government requirements.

Florida's Republican legislature did pass a law barring private businesses from requiring vaccination of employees or customers. I assume you oppose such government regulation.

Is it reasonable to be tested for covid once a week?

OK - lets' do that.

This virus doesn't care if you're a Jew, Muslim, Christian or a worshipper of spotted owls. If you contract COVID 19, and your body isn't equipped to fight it off, you will die. A vaccine will give your body the tools to fight off this virus, and decrease the chance you'll spread it to others.

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.

- Psalm 139:14

Does it not stand to reason that if we really are "fearfully and wonderfully made" that perhaps saving the lives of our fellow creatures against attacks by this virus, by requiring them to be vaccinated, rather than simply sending our prayers after they're dead (the typical Conservative tactic) might be a little more in keeping with God's intentions?? 😲

I do not quite get your question, as it seems to ask me if I think that the legislature was correct in leaving businesses alone with regard to whether they require vaccination or not? Of course they were correct, although I do not even see why a bill like that would be brought to the floor. Why not just leave them the hell alone?
Anyway, I would be FOR such regulation if they feel like they have to regulate, when it is not even within their province to regulate it.

I think that there should be no regulation telling a business to vaccinate their employees.
I think that there should be no regulation telling a business to NOT vaccinate their employees.
Outside of breaking a law or violating the Constitution, the govt has nothing to do with the business. You are aware, I am sure, that any movement imposed on the business by the govt will result in a direct effect to their bottom line?? Do want the business, while trying to keep it all together everyday, to have to fear the government, to fear what it could do anytime.? You think that that is cool?

Well, to do it right, I guess you should be tested at least twice a day.

Is it reasonable to get a covid test weekly if you work in the medical field?

I had covid. My energy was drained, but my wife and I recovered just fine. She did better with it than me. Just as I have been saying, Covid is no death sentence. A vast majority of people who get sick end up recovering.

I even was even coughing up stuff out of my lungs before getting covid due to allergies. No hospitalization, just a week or 2 in the house.
