Big deal....I have family living in iraq and in Saudi Arabia...does that make me an expert or even lend me more insight than you have?

Peachy .. what kind of irrelevant 'proof' is that. You said :

"..Saddam Hussain is a puppet. He was told to invade and he was told to fire scuds. For every one landed in Israel, the US gave $1Million in "compensation". "

Where is the proof. Nothing you posted says anything remotely that.

Yes, I am very sorry.. Thought it was just 1 million. Turned up to be 74.

One of my best friends is a Kurd from Iraq. He is and has always been 100% in favor of the invasion. The guy worships George Bush.

Sure because the Kurds want their own country, they don't want to be part of Iraq. Ask him.

Have you seen Fahrenheit 9/11??? Is that baseless as well??? All camera tricks??? I think not, but you are entitled to have different views. I do not intend to try and convince anyone to my views, I just wanted to run these few things past all the open minded people who are willing to talk with logic.

....I have family living in iraq and in Saudi Arabia...does that make me an expert or even lend me more insight than you have?

I did not say that I am an expert on ANY topic. If you have family living in Iraq then you should have some insight into the situation...only if you cared. Again, I will allude to the fact that you have shown your disrespect towards humanity by saying that anyone who makes trouble should be nuked, so I don’t think it matters much to you if human lives are wasted like that to suit a person/country’s design.

I don’t spend my days preaching killing others but if America just stood up and said OK we need to LIBERATE Iran or Syria (or any other country) now would that be right? If your family is indeed in Iraq they would have seen the destruction the FREEDOM ensued...I am just against that destruction. Even if Sadam killed and oppressed his people, there were other means to stop him.

My religion, and I, stand for peace and freedom to practice our religion. I live in Pakistan, its supposedly an Islamic Republic where every human being has the right to practice his/her religion. Unfortunately, the law of the country says that Ahmadi Muslims are not even allowed to greet people as the Muslims do (the translation of the greeting is ‘may you live in peace and the blessings of God be upon you&rsquo😉. Ahmadis are jailed for saying that. We do not vote in our country’s elections because lawfully, we are not allowed to present ourselves as Muslims.

It is tyranny of the mullahs but, with all that, would I still defend my country from foreign invasion? Yes. Because I want moral support from the world but I don’t want them to impose themselves on my country, I don’t want them to bomb our weddings and our schools and our hospitals and residential areas as it was done in Iraq.

Its simple logic, war begets war and peace begets peace...by killings in Iraq, Palestine, Kashmir the oppressors are only giving the coming generation dead heroes who were murdered. Such kids are going to grow up without families and the love and care that make life worth living and if you don't have anything to live for the Mullah’s call for the so-called Jihad is ever more powerful. I am not against Freedom or Liberation, my point is that there is no peace through war.

You certainly have a great talent for prolixity! The fact is that most of us in the 'West' have no objection to you Muslims confining your presence and attentions to your native quarters, but we do not want your fanaticsm here.

Last time I checked it was America in Iraq and not Iraq in America. As for fanaticism, we don't want it anywhere around the world, not in the East, nor West. And its not about verbosity, its about thinking what the individual can do because we are certainly in troubling times.
