The prison reform system should be just that, about reform.

Prison inmates should definitely receive reform but through simple
imagery.

edit. to begin with.

Or, would you prefer them to be safe (or at the least safer), unionized, not having to give some bastard pimp 70% of their salary and paying taxes?

See. Legalised prostitution is civilized.
A statement does not imply its inverse.

That legalized prostitution is not inconsistent with a civilized society does not mean that it is a requirement of a civilized society.

There are ways to stop women from being pimped out and on crack without making prostitution illegal.

I agree with your first point, but not the second.

So long as it's illegal there will always be illegal prostitution and all the bad crap that goes along with it.

There is a grey area though. An inmate receives a raunchy photo of his wife. Isn't that porn?

You could argue that considering it isn't "paid for" then it isn't, but what if it is a photo of a friend? Does it require the inmate to have to pay for it in some way before it becomes porn?

I was about to look up the strict definitions, but don't feel comfortable with googling porn at work. 🙂

There will be prostitution as long as there is demand for whores. Legalizing prostitution can help diminish the undesirable side-effects of prostitution.

Or why tobacco that kills a half million a year in the US alone is legal while pot is a crime.
