@wajoma saidNo, just everything they did on January 6th in furtherance of the plan that they spoke of in the days before (which included to "storm the Capitol" ).
You're not saying anything when you say the jury said 'x'. It doesn't mean anything, no one is arguing what the jury result was. Plenty of juries have got it wrong and it wouldn't be hard to assemble a jury with, let's say, certain leanings.
All you're left with is the jury saw something you didn't because you haven't managed to post anything here that indicates conspiri ...[text shortened]... become more and more preposterous as you try to explain away inconsistencies and they're abandoned.
At some point it is senseless to keep covering the same ground in a thread; if you want to pretend you've "won" because someone decides not to waste further time stating the facts that easily refute your absurd points, make yourself happy.

@no1marauder saidNothing's been 'won' a group of 5 men are being punished for their politics, they face a combined loss 88 years of life. That's not a win for them and it's not a win for anyone involved in sending them there when their conscience catches up.

As for going over old ground check your first post that I responded to.
@wajoma saidAgain, already covered; everyone in that crowd and millions more have the same "politics"; Tarrio, Biggs and the rest are being punished for their crimes, not their politics.

@no1marauder saidSome one thinks there's a crime been committed you've been unable to articulate one.

@shavixmir saidYou've been unable to articulate their crime either Pseud Boy.
Yes. You. You try to think, fail and blame others for your obvious lack of comprehension.
No.1 posted a bunch of Tarrio quotes one problem, as far as the plan goes, he was quoting Tarrio from the day, so there's no evidence of a plan before the day. Then the latest theory becomes the planning took place as events unfolded, i.e. there was no plan.

@wajoma saidNo. 1 articulated it perfectly well, didn't you think?

@no1marauder saidNot everyone. Epps is not being punished. He was given a slap on the wrist for 1 of the least of 3 crimes just to give the appearance of equal justice.

@no1marauder saidTarrio was not even at the capitol. He was an armchair cheerleader of the protest. Nothing more. And who is the pipe bomber they caught on video leaving the bomb? The magically elusive pipe bomber. He was probably an FBI agent.

@no1marauder saidThat is what Ray Epps did. He knew it was illegal to go into the Capitol and told people to do it anyway. He even said "I shouldn't say it because I will probably be arrested, but I will say it".

The jerk actually announced that he was telling people to break the law and storm the Capitol. Open and shut case of seditious conspiracy. Right?
@no1marauder saidRay Epps is not being charged with all 3 crimes he committed.
Again, already covered; everyone in that crowd and millions more have the same "politics"; Tarrio, Biggs and the rest are being punished for their crimes, not their politics.
They only charged him with the least serious of those 3 crimes and it took them an astonishing 2 years!

This is not going to convince anyone he is not FBI or CIA.
He needs to be charged with seditious conspiracy and trespassing on capitol grounds. As long as he remains above the law his life will remain in serious danger. Everybody knows he is a government agent.
