A skull is hard, but a bullet is much harder. The bone can disintegrate in it's path. But the effect of the exit wound can have more impact on which way the body moves. The tissue that is ejected out of the exit wound acts like a jet. In the case of JFK, it caused his head to jerk back towards to direction of the Oswald. And in the JFK film, there appears to be a small movement in the direction of the bullet for one frame before his head jerks back. The frame speed of the film may have missed most of initial impact motion because it was so small and the bullet exited so quickly after entering.
Are you trying to tell me that, say, a 165 grain bullet with maybe 2000-3000 foot pounds of energy strikes an object and that object doesn't move at all? ... Now, I'm not saying that a body will fly through the air "Hollywood style" but they will move given the right weapon!
So when you shot a deer, did you knock it off it's feet, or more often did it drop or fall over. How often did you make head shots?
No, bodies do not move in predicable ways when struck by a bullet from any small arms. It's not just a function of the force of the bullet, but it's velocity, and the inertia of the target, the diameter of the bullet, and the hardness of the target. There are lots of elements that effect what happens and it's not intuitive.

If the aliens hadn't built the pyramids in the first place, there would have been no need to assasinate JFK.
BTW, I recommend reading 'The Illuminatus Trilogy' by Robert Anton Wilson (I think) - fantastic riff through pretty much every conspiracy theory going. Each section kicks off with a different gunman about to kill JFK.
