I used to draw the line at 9 months, if it's inside the women and she can find some one to mince it up inside her and then vacuum it out then go for it.

When exactly do you believe they become children? 1 month? 3, 7, 9 months? When exactly? If you leave the fetus alone it will naturally grow into a human being. All fetus means is an UNBORN off spring. It is a child.
When a fetus enters the second trimester it is overwhelmingly because the parent(s) wanted to carry it to term. Any abortion that happens after that is because something went horribly wrong. The baby doesn't develop properly or there is a miscarriage or any of the other reasons. That's when the life of the mother is in danger, and you cannot endanger a person to save another, even in the rare case when that another is actually a person. You don't even take organs from a corpse to give to a living person without consent. You don't force people to donate blood. You would even have a hard time making all you "pro-life" nutjobs shave your heads to give that hair to someone in need.
In short, i don't fukin care when exactly a fetus "becomes a child". I don't care if it is a person, i know for a fact the mother is. The mother is entitled to bodily autonomy and her life comes first. If a doctor says there is a risk to the mother, the mother should be allowed to opt out of the pregnancy and try again (or not)

Except one piece of equipment in a backwards uncivilized country: the US.

You're saying don't make laws because criminals won't obey them. Why have laws about rape when criminals will still rape, right?
