Below is an article in New York Times about KFC supplier Pilgrim's Pride where some of the worst cases of cruelty towards animals has been brought to the attention of the public. It is an example of what happens to the 'humanity' of workers in places like this.

I've never seen anything quite like this!
Um, the good news is that I heard three of the managers at Pilgram's Pride were fired....and that this story is running INTERNATIONALLY, it really is a big deal despite StarValleyWay's unneccessary and ignorant comments, it's good to see media's/people's conscience shine though...there is always hope!

After Burger King "wrestled" with PETA, they came out with a new BK veggie which is offered all over the world- and is actually vegan! I've never tried it tho...
