"There is also no reason why it would need to be in the right hand or forehead. This is just Christians trying to make the Bible fit their preconceived ideas."

Hold on. Are you claiming the part about the "right hand or forehead" is not what it said in the bible?
No, I'm saying the microdot vaccine does not need to be in the right hand or the forehead, and therefore that part of the prophecy does not fit this situation.

That is an interesting theory, but you make it sound like the prophecy came true because it already happened. Do you believe in prophecies?
I believe in prophecies in which the prophet masks his rational predictions in mystical code.

An analogy might be if someone in 1910 made a prophecy predicting the Great Depression and World Wars. It's perfectly plausible that someone living at that time could predict those things.

It might sound like "Yea, the Creature from the White shall being destruction upon the people, and Death will stalk the land, the air will become unbreathable, and Mammon shall crush the Wall, until the Creature shall be humbled by fire from the sky"

Where the Creature is Germany, on the coast of the White Sea (the Baltic), greed destroys Wall Street, and firebombs eventually humble Germany.

The microdot vaccine does not need to be in the right hand or the forehead, but that doesn't falsify anything, does it?
I already made a comment earlier on this thread about how they could put it in your left hand and the prophecy would technically be wrong. Did you notice?

So you don't really believe in them, right?

Depends on how you define 'prophecy' really.

I did not notice that no.

If you acknowledge the prophecy does not fit this situation why call it the Mark of the Beast? And who is the Beast in this situation and why?

The argument for Nero being the beast is very strong.

For example, I might say I don't believe in miracles. Then I get the response "birth is a miracle - you don't believe in childbirth?!"

Ok, well, if childbirth is a miracle, I guess I do believe in miracles.

It's like that.

I did not acknowledge the prophecy does not fit this situation at all. I said it didn't need to be. That in no way proves it will not.

You know the difference between the present and future, right?

Of course. The present is now. The future is tomorrow and everything beyond.

No, you are just using the word miracle figuratively.
I meant "believe in prophecies" literally.

If you don't believe in prophecies debating when it was fulfilled is irrelevant. It seems to me that you are really claiming it is no prophecy at all and it is more of a historical event.

You are confused.

"Doesn't have to be" is not a reference to the present, it is a reference to the future.
You cannot falsify a future event unless you can prove there are quantum dot tattoos being put on peoples left hands or somewhere other than right hands and foreheads now or in the recent past.

OK. It was a prediction which came true, not a prophecy - according to how you use the words.

Well...that is your opinion.

Prophecies are often vaguely worded to let interpretation take over. That way they are difficult to falsify to a person of faith. Anybody can apply it to a number of possible historical events.

Why are you applying it to microdot vaccines in this thread?
