The US Constitution seems to me to be the biggest impediment to this goal. By insistance that any larger agreement between nations NOT IMPINGE upon the constitution, tranziism is at a stand still. Btw... killing them "indirectly" is the funnest. For example. One can tie up two or three Native Americans to several of the Blacks and make them watch BBC world news for twenty hours straight. I find that really amusing. Then give each a machete! You can't even imagine the fun that this type of indirect killing brings!
