http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/10717566/Aborted-babies-incinerated-to-heat-UKhospitals.html

It appears that hospitals in the UK have been using aborted fetus' as a heat source for the said hospitals by incinerating them. However, like most other progressive secrets, once they become revealed there is outrage.

Should this continue? After all, the all knowing state has declared the unborn inconsequential globs of flesh, much like an appendix. In fact, why not just take the bodies in the morgue and do the same with them?

What do you suggest is done with aborted foetuses?

What should be done with any human that is no longer alive?

Why not burn the body of those people who are on public assistance after they die? Society can benefit from the heat that it would produce and cut down on the cost of other disposal methods.

In principle crematoriums can install turbines to produce electricity, but since they burn relatively little material I doubt it would be a wise investment.

Incineration is a widely accepted way to dispose of human remains in an awful lot of different societies. In and of itself, there is nothing to comment on here.

We do not have that many vultures in the UK so the Indian practice of leaving bodies for those birds to consume is not practical.

Hospitals engage in a wide assortment of activities that the unimaginative and squeamish will shudder to be told about. We live protected lives far from the harsh realities.

The attempt to develop a level of hysteria over the treatment of any dead remains is distasteful and irrational. In even religious terms, "dust we are and to dust we return" is pretty well universally understood.

Do us all a favor and throw one of your nephews on the fire, it's getting chilly in here.

......
Remember, imbeciles and wits,
sots and ascetics, fair and foul,
young girls with little tender tits,
that DEATH is written over all.

Worn hides that scarcely clothe the soul
they are so rotten, old and thin,
or firm and soft and warm and full—
fellmonger Death gets every skin.

All that is piteous, all that’s fair,
all that is fat and scant of breath,
Elisha’s baldness, Helen’s hair,
is Death’s collateral:

......
... our doom
is, to be sifted by the wind,

heaped up, smoothed down like silly sands.
We are less permanent than thought.
