those who put all the blame on Obama for failing to fix the leak - should now give all the credit to Obama for fixing it.

Now, the obvious fact is that BP is the one almost entirely responsible for the spill and for the lengthy time it took to finally cobble together a solution (and yes they should get credit for finally cobbling together a solution). Beyond that, we can then look at those lawmakers and regulators that failed to insist that BP (and other companies engaging in deep-water drilling off US coasts) had sufficient safeguards in place before it started drilling.
How many tonness of oil has been spewed out in the sea?
And how many tonnes has been brought up from the sea?
The difference is how many tonnes are left in the environment.
Who will pay for the clean up? Til the last drop?
Who will pay for the damage to businesses and tourist industries?
BP? I believe that when I see it.

for fixing it two months late? for assembling a crack team of NUCLEAR PHYSICISTS to solve the problem? that kind of credit?

well, by now you should know that obama is the root of all evil, for he is a statist.
he is frequently exposed as an extremist by glenn beck, do you think he lies? 🙄
As for Glenn Beck, he's been exposed so frequently, he should think of becoming a porn star.
