Nah, the local commie newspaper is good to wipe behinds. Pravda is no longer in my suscription list. Better some Italehti for that matter.
You get wiped with the Times? Excuse me you hiness, I didn't know the retirement check was so grandious.
No, I'm not a wonderful person. I just wish you could come to Scandinavia and see what really works in terms of ...[text shortened]... ll push your wheelchair every Tuesday morning through a beautiful ride. No porn allowed.
😛
What the hell does tourism have to do with anything? lol
I don't have any need to have you push me in a wheelchair, but I do appreciate the offer. I was thinking that you can come here and you and I can take off on a two week long walk bare handed from like Kamas to Evanston? That would be fun.

Battling wills and wits with this guy is much like flogging a cur for getting into your best poodle mama. It is kind of satisfying, but you just know that until the gorge subsides, he is stuck trying to get away, and can't.
That is fun.

All you need to worry about is keeping up so your sorry ass don't get lost ten miles up the trail on the first night.
I didn't know retired insurance sellers were that bold!
Edit. "Trying to get away" from your witty and smart 50's like comments is like wrestling with Pe-Wee Herman, grandpa.

Ahem... so you like pee-wee a bit?
You fanticize of wrestling him do you?
Actually, I have never even purchased insurance. I framed houses from 1969 to 1986. 2,486 houses I built with my own hands. Also did finish carpentry on over 300 houses in that time frame. Also built over 200 sets of custom cabinets on site.
Then I went to work as an entry door remodel contractor and did an average of 3 entry-ways per day from 1988 to 1996. Since then I have written vertical software apps for the construction/sales industries.
I don't plan on ever retiring. Boring.
What have you accomplished in your life? You did mention McDonalds. Any other experience or contributions?
Originally posted by StarValleyWyNothing. But I play chess daily, unlike you, dude... not a single move in more than 300 days?!?!

Really, tell me, are you that boring? Coming to a chess site... TO CHAT?!?!?! lol!
P.S. No personal info here. (a) I don't have an ego problem, and (b) I am not desperate to ventilate my personal life with anybody in search for attention. Unlike, ahem, you.
😉
If you really want to know my life achievements, PM me and I will blind you with gold, lol!
So, you have used your hands all your life, uh? I wonder how did you manage to have a daughter... the neighborhood milkman was quite busy, uh?
Originally posted by SeitseI have a son also. He is a research chemist.

So. You have done nothing. Yet.
Do you plan on doing something... ever?
And chess doesn't count. It's a game you know.
I don't play chess because I am not good at it, and it takes too much time. I feel guilty stealing time from my family just to fulfill this silly hobby of posting to the forums. It is a guilty pleasure though, and they forgive me the time I waste here.
And yes. I really am that boring. If you spend much time with me you must be willing to discuss the possibility that quantum mind is a shared level of energy. Or work out the possible outcomes of the ass-end of a black hole, should the multi-verse of string theory actually turn out to be real. Or to examine ways of testing string theory. That one still has me stumped.
How about you? What makes you so exciting to be around? Do you bring home the kiddy crayon drawings from McDonald after each days work and pass them around for discussion with your mum?

A son, uh? Does he look like the local mechanic? A chemist, uh? In my times they used to call them drug dealers. lol.
No achievements here, man. I am 30 year old useless writer who likes to exchange insults with a boring retired "hand-worker" (in my town they call them w@nkers.)
Off to dinner with my woman now, man. I will keep laughing at you tomorrow, alright? Be good, have your enema, your vitamins and change the diaper, alright?
Be good. See you tomorrow, Alvin.
Originally posted by SeitseHave fun then. And don't mention over dinner that you fantasize of peewee herman as a wrestling partner. She may be able to take it, but then again...

Not the "only". Just the most interesting and defining. Because?
Well, because of the 20th century being defined as the battle between Marxism in the very clumbsy hands of it's champion, the USSR -- vs. capitalism in the hands of it's champion the US.
It is an over-simplification that communism vs. capitalism is socialism vs. individualism, but w ...[text shortened]... state than the individual and that capitalism cares more for the individual than the state.
And advocating the triumph of individualism due to the rise to supremacy of a country with such a strong state doesn't sound very credible.
Edit - Granted, less state than in socialism but then again that isn't saying much.

Funny how we are limited in that way. Oh well.
Did I "advocate" individualism or just make an observation of human events which seemed to transpire partially because of human nature?
