I guess the Democrats believing that Trump was colluding with Russia could count as a conspiracy theory.
A theory about a conspiracy, yes.

I generally would consider this to be something not knowable without near unlimited access to secret, inside information.

But, the count is up to 1,487,312.

If this assertion is repeated just 12,688 more times, it officially becomes fact.
It's already fact.

The second half of that is true, the first is not. Many, many people are powerless and disenfranchised. The poor, those with physical or mental disadvantages, those whom neurotypical society does not accept. But those are, by and large, not the ones with entitlement. Those last, by contrast, are the ones who are adequately well off, but jealous of people who are [ ...[text shortened]... ruggling for the state this world is in. They didn't do it. The rich-enough-but-jealous Boomers did.
I did not mean to imply that everyone who is disenfranchised is a likely candidate to buy into conspiracy theories. It’s just one factor along with a constellation of other factors which often coincide in those who buy into conspiracy theories. Moreover, the feeling of being disenfranchised may not accurately reflect the reality.

Trial by social media sets a bad precedent. That’s why there is the rule of law, with power of subpoena.
Yes, and it can really warp the narrative when only one side has power of subpoena and the other side has no legal maneuvers due to "lack of standing".

If I haven't missed any, the count is now up to 1,487,315. Just 12,685 more.

Government creates over 1 trillion dollars out of nothing causing inflation.
The FRS raises interest rates to fight the inflation they created with authorization from congress. Now you have to pay more for loans too.

Is it merely a coincidence you are paying more for everything? They are fighting what they created by raising the cost of borrowing. Wake up people! It is a scam and it always has been. They keep doing this over and over again and you all accept the scam as normal.

Hey suzi, here is your 2+2=4

Part of the problem with America is that the two party system is broken. Republicans were invited to participate in Congressional investigations into Jan 6 and the events leading up to it, and they refused. This is arguably much more serious than the crisis which enveloped the Nixon administration. Nixon was ultimately anathema to the Rep Party, and if the Rep Party is to move forward now, it must be seen to cooperate with the judicial process without knowing what the end result might be. But this is just what the Donald cannot accept; he never enters the ring without guarantees he’s going to declared the winner (even if he gets fewer votes).

Most of the problem with the USA is that its two party system is broken as designed.

You're probably right. I probably didn't count right and the assertion count is now likely over the threshold that it is now indisputable.

They were invited to participate and they refused?

Is that all the relevant information?

If you asked a die-hard Trump supporter what happened, is that the strongest case they could make?

"They invited us to participate and we refused!!!"

Admittedly this type of in depth analysis would likely win a Pulitzer Prize now days. But for those trying to understand what's happen instead of just engaging in a team contest, probably there are other things relevant.

Digging for irrelevant details is the hallmark of a fool.

Thinking those details are "oh so relevant" is the hallmark of an even bigger fool.

Keep in mind the talking heads that keep you guys digging in the dark. They're not any smarter than you lot. But you follow them like they were your messiahs.

Remember the Benghazi hearings?

Making an effort to understand all sides of an issue is something you think is the hallmark of a fool?

Matthew 5:22

I don't think either of us have first hand knowledge of much of anything. One has to wonder if the media sources you listen to are smarter than you.

And I don't recall bringing up the Benghazi hearings in any forum at any time. But I'd want to know both sides of that before making a judgement.
