if there is a God then He loves me and He'll take care of me anyway. it always seems that needy people turn to God. murderers, rapists and an assortment of scum all turning to Christ to save their souls. do i really want to go to Heaven with myra hindley and jeffrey dahmer...i dont think so. what about the good people in the world that are agnostic.. are they going to hell?

The Christians God allows the Devil to do evil stuff so that people will cry out to God in there time of need and save them.
If your god does exist, he is just as guilty as the devil. He bears an equal burden in the responsibility for evil.

I'm OK SVW. It's terribly hot here in the Low Countries. It's one o'clock in the morning (night) and I'm sweating my head off ...
Utah is a desert you know.
This morning I went for the paper and did a double take. It was actually cool on the stoop. I (did) set and watch the sun come up. My puppy dog got to smell the entire perimeter for a change. She loved it.

It is "Castle Valley". It is acutally on the border beteen Utah and Arizona. Having been a resident of both... I have no favoritism. Let's call it Arizuta!
The good news is that the Navaho Nation extracts three point seven million dollars for each movie. They are the owners. <sorry Rob. So much for exploitation>

loool .... You should apply for a job as a standup Comedian in the Bible belt. Success garanteed !!
Originally posted by ivanhoeIs there a devil? If so, how could he continue to exist except by the grace of god? Either god is unable to defeat the devil, in which case he is not omnipotent, or he is capable of defeating him, but is quite happy with letting the devil run amok, in which case he is not omnibenevolent. It's just a variation on the problem of evil which we have touched on before. The christian conception of god is not compatible with the presence of evil in the world.

Your theology is not compatible with reality, Rwingo !
I suggest if you want to criticise (Roman Catholic) theology you should study it first !!
