They decide on their own morals based on a large cross-section of experience
and influence, I hope I may be a small part of that but I certainly do not ram
my morality down their throats.
I was pleased yesterday when my 11 year-old cheered at the TV News that
announced the passing of the same-sex marriage law in UK. We hope NZ
follows shortly.
The vast majority of the people I know feel a great deal of obligation, both to their children and to society, to not raise a lout who busts up the neighborhood on the way to whatever juvenile detention is called in the UK, before graduating from that to get out and commit real crimes that earn them a real stretch in prison. How...liberated...you must be to feel that the primary responsibility for raising your children is not your own. How high a mind you must have.

1. I want to have a huge role in bringing up my children.
2. I do not feel that the primary responsibility for raising my children is not my own.
I have put it as clearly as I can so that you may understand it.
