Masturbation will make you go blind and make hair grow on your palms.....

So, by that logic, if a quick shandy is going to get you eternal damnation and eternity in the big bad fire, you might as well just go for it and do the whole range of sins and at least enjoy yourself before your punishment kicks in.

us humans have the image of god (Gen 1:26 or 27) and theref ...[text shortened]... e desires of the sinful nature."

Flee from sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 6:18.
You'd think he should have thought out the design a bit better then.

You still haven't answered me if they had cocaine and heroine in Jesus' times, or that Jesus said they were wrong.

Well I suppose that such a position is a personal one that is between you and your God. However, don't expect those that are not of faith to understand your position. In fact, expect ridicule because there is no reason for them to understand. After all, its not against the law is it?

I think perhaps your question would be better addressed in the spirituality forum for those of faith. I think that would be a more condusive discussion.

Come on!
Im catholic, I am a person of faith. But don't expect me to believe that God will send me to hell for masturbation!

You should focus on what Jesus' objective really was, instead of what people do with themselves when they're alone.

Grow up!

Do you really think that having a Ham shank is a base line for refusal to heaven ?

It must be a very lonely place.

The problem is that people see it as a problem more than it actually is.

God doesn't like people to tickle his own armpit, right? Why? Because we don't enjoy it. If anyone else tickle my armpit, I laugh, but I don't when I tickle myself.

But what about 'tickle' my private parts? God likes it, right? Why? Because we enjoy it. If anyone else 'tickle' my pirvate parts, I enjoy it, *and* I enjoy it when I do it myself.

So god doesn't like when we tickle ourselves in the armpit, but he let's us enjoy it when we 'tickle' ourselves in our private parts. Can He show it more clearly?

And that, my friends, is the problem: Everyone thinks it is a sin when it isn't.
