Inglewood, my hometown, left in '77 when it really started turning to crap. You should have seen it in the 50's-60's, it was a beautiful, clean, safe, wholesome place for a kid to grow up in.
How's that working out for you? Do you like what the diverse crowd has done to it?
Exactly 💯

Anyways...

If duante Wright acted like a man when he was arrested he would still be alive.

All of the BLM martyrs would be, Garner, Floyd, the list is endless. Don't resist arrest and fight with cops, you'll be fine.

And it's all white folk causing the problems right? 🙄

Be honest for once...

What race causes the most problems where you live? And surrounding areas?
Cause problems for who?

The only problem I have is paying the rent. Who do you think owns my building?

What do I post? Rap, prison, drugs, gangs, youtube clips (free entertainment for poor people), homeless in tents on the sidewalk.

You ever see me post about snowboarding, surfing, concerts, sports cars, traveling to Europe? No. I’m not part of that social class. Never have been.

Deep down I laugh and cheer when I read about workers quitting in large numbers because they’re fed up with the BS of the upper class business owners and managers. I’m glad to hear of the growth of organized burglary gangs in the CA inner cities and criminals let out on bail and then committing crimes again because I know it’s all caused by the upper classes systematically starving the inner city of access to funding including law enforcement and prisons. These people aren’t being let out because of mercy and benevolence they’re being let out because the justice system cannot afford to hold them. Too many people driven to desperation and too little tax money to put the iron boot on their necks. These rich pricks who don’t have to work so spend their time constantly negotiating more for themselves, never satisfied, always demanding more are ruining the country and need to be brought back to reality. I’ve been hoping to see rich people jump off skyscrapers for years now but they keep finding ways to shield themselves from the economic destruction they are causing.

The penalty for "resisting arrest" isn't death.

There is no question that Officer Potter would not have been justified in using deadly force though the usual racists seem to think it is OK to kill any black person who doesn't immediately comply with police orders.

The question for the jury is whether she acted with "culpable negligence".

That line is so weak because nobody ever follows through. You’ve just given me free reign to post stuff which you will not challenge.

Dood is a relic of the days when the Klan ruled Inglewood.

I’m a relic from the days of “Cop Killer”.

It’s a generational difference.

My (Irish-American) mother was from Compton and she says it used to be nice back then too.

That’s tellin’ em. The Forum should start taking overflow cases.
Wonder what code of law would be applied. Equality, Equity, what…..

Culpable negligence is in the eyes of the beholder.
In a sudden fight or flight moment when you have an instant to react, the "pucker factor" can be overwhelming and people act in ways that a Monday morning quarterback sitting in the comfort of their living room can't appreciate or understand.
Who put the poor woman in that situation? The perp who did everything he could to escalate it.
Screw him.
The man she killed ran to his car. He didn't physically assault her, he was trying to run away. Potter was in no physical danger when she shot the man. If she was being attacked, I'd agree with your "flight or fight" point. She wasn't.

If after 26 years, this cop still can't tell the difference between a gun and a taser, even after extensive training, and "accidently" shot someone who was *not* a physical danger to her, it is her fault and she deserves to be held accountable.

You, being unabashedly racist, would agree with me if the person she shot was white, regardless of criminal history. When it comes to black victims, you lose all common sense and cheer when they die.

So she had the fight or flight moment because an unarmed man wouldn’t get out of his car 🙄 had she been scoffing confiscated angel dust?
Without all your twisted BS my gut tells me she’s guilty of no more than manslaughter due to negligence, probably another case of low standards regarding recruitment and training in US law enforcement.

He didn't just refuse to get out, he became combative.

Combative in the sitting position in a car 🤔 don’t you care how effing stoopid you look! Just how cowardly are US cops that an unarmed guy getting a bit stroppy in the cab of his own vehicle is reason enough to shoot them dead.
Your clearly not on this officers side because your argument seems to be that:: she meant to use deadly force and it was justified. Nothing gets in the way of your right wing racist genocidal agenda does it dood.

I never said that, quite the opposite, it's obvious she meant to taser him, not shoot him.
The way you people make assumptions is ridiculous.
