There was even prayers given at the event, all this on public property is OK?

Where is the left to protest this with their vagina hats?
I couldn’t care less.
But... uh... why parade dead people around the nation’s capital?
Oh. I see. You meant the capitol building... that makes it normal then....
No, not really.

Besides Weekend at Bernie antics, there’s no sane reason to wheel dead religious nuts around a building.

Jesus, what sort of new-crazy is this then?

And what in the name of all sanity is a vagina hat? And is the rest of the woman still attached to it?

As leading American public atheist Sam Harris sums it up, being a member
of the godless club is “basically the worst thing you can be in terms of having
a political life, incurring the judgment of strangers”. A Gallup poll last year (2011)
showed that, while 9 per cent of Americans would not vote for a Jewish
presidential candidate, 22 per cent wouldn’t support a Mormon and 32 per cent
would not vote for a gay or lesbian candidate, 49 per cent would refuse to back
an atheist for president.

It is perfectly elgitiamte.

It is hard to trust someone who believes that the values of the world are completely relative.

What makes Billy Graham a "religious nut?"

Oh god, where to start...
Calvanist.
Anti-communist
Anti- same sex marriage
Anti- catholic
Encouraged presidents to join wars.
Anti-Jewish
Sexist

Damn, the list is endless.
Basically, anything rational or normal... he’s on the opposite side.

With one redeeming feature, if I remember correctly... wasn’t he against segregation?
Not sure, considering what I remember about him... doesn’t seem to fit the loony-bin mode.

Does this cross the line of church and state?

From what I hear, he is only the 4rth private citizen to be shown after dying in US history.
Graham was flirting with the state for decades.

Who cares.

A lot of that is perfectly rational, e.g., anti-Communist, against same sex marriage, etc., and hardly nutty. In fact, plenty of people the world over are all of those things precisely because they are rational.

And who knows what anti-Semitic and sexist mean anymore, lol. Are you using some real, actual definition of these words or an imagined liberal definition of these words?

It is inappropriate to call other users a nut. I find this deeply regrettable.

I would also note that the military has non-sectarian prayers at their events and they regularly have these days even outright Islamic, Jewish, or even Satanic prayers done at public gatherings because people iinsist that they have the right to do so.
Satanic prayers?

Naturally, the Dims should also be free to participate.

Seeing is how Graham was revered the world over, it would seem you are swimming up stream here with these baseless allegations.
