What if one the Justices were Muslim? Surely conservatives would want religion kept separate then, right?
They would just make some tepid conservative positions, just like how a conservative Jew takes up positions that Christians find pleasant.

Sounds to me like the US should quickly recall all SC justices, all members of the congress and executive,
that harbor religious interests of any kind - Christian, Jewish, Muslim. Sound like a plan?
