@zahlanzi saidIf you follow the thread zahlooney bamboozle, it is the collector of pubic hair that engaged me, not the other way around, which makes her/him the attention seeking troll.
not wanting to be belligerent towards you (and i apologize if offence taken) but the answer to that question is:
he gets you (and anyone else who humors him) to notice him.
She/he is not afraid of getting her/his butt kicked the way you are, so more balls than you.

@mchill saidhe had a business at some point. many employees.
i have enough to live on for the rest of my life.
A few months ago, you said you worked at the local McDonalds, and now you'd have us believe you're independently wealthy, and can afford to give an additional 10% of your earnings to charity? McDonald's wages in your state range from $9.83 to $16.00 / hour.
Joe - The problem with telling lies is you have to keep track of them, or someone else will! 😲
he has children and grandchildren.
he has a muslim neighbor who i don't remember if they are "one of the good ones" or actively plottin' jihad and implementing sharia law, which, silly muslim jihaddist terrorist, they don't know that it has already been established in the US (again, according to the average one )

@kevcvs57 saidA capitalist system eats itself? A true capitalist sees only reinvesting said capital so that it grows itself.
By the majority in a democratic society? Just an idea.
Most rational people know unjustifiable and dysfunctional greed when they see it, some people argue that ‘all property is theft’ I disagree and so would the majority of rational people.
There is a system for curbing excessive / dysfunctional greed and recirculating latent capital tied up in vast personal pools of wealt ...[text shortened]... mulating a capitalist system that is destined to eat itself. Yeah it’s the much maligned tax system.
Do you have no concept of this simple statement .

@phranny saidGoodness. Is this your underlying motive to rewrite the constitution…..that is, to restrict my ability to run my business, ? My liberty, my freedom. We already have laws and agencies, like OSHA, FDA, FAA, etc, to protect our employees and consumers.
Liberals value capitalism. I value capitalism. However, every game needs rules and regulations. Unbridled capitalism leads to many abuses. Strong unions, laws that prevent monopolies, laws that protect consumers and workers are all needed for capitalism to work well.
Could you elaborate on what else (short of Marxism) you think we need in the way of govt control?(s)?

@zahlanzi saidSorry you miss my analogies. But let’s make it easy for you. Remove ‘me’ and insert Mr Jones, a stockbroker who has enough to last him. Now, is it greed to keep working and make more millions?

Tough one, I know. It is like one of my trick questions. You prob wont answer.

@averagejoe1 saidit's not fukin though, dumbas$. Yes, it's greed. What you described is the very definition of it.

The followup should be "is it good or bad" and that depends on a ton of factors you didn't mention because simpletons like you can't comprehend a situation unless it is reduced to a simple black or white choice.
Is a millionaire paying his workers fairly. Does he pay his taxes. Does getting more millions harm the environment, his workers, his clients, his country, his competition or any other things?
But more specifically, a stockbroker doesn't actually create anything, just moves wealth around and leeches off it.

That's exactly what pollies and the goobermint do, they don't produce anything, but the big difference being; people get choose to deal with a stokebroker. That's not the way it is with the biggest, baddest most dangerous monopoly of them all: GOOBERMINT. Goobermints who collectively are responsible for wars, starvation, poverty, human rights abuses, torture of hundreds of millions of people, try stacking up all the worst that stockbrokers have done alongside all the worst the state has done.
I reckon it'd be like comparing the thickness of a cigarette paper on the sidewalk to the height of the empire state building, then you'd be getting some idea of the scale of evil you speak for, and extol the 'virtues' of.
Forget the health warnings on a pack of cigarettes we need some warnings plastered on the Whitehouse (the US) and the beehive (NZ).
@zahlanzi saidI hear you. You are saying that after Mr. Jones has saved enough money to live comfortably for the rest of his life, that to earn more money is to be greedy.

Is that what you are saying???
And we should stipulate on all posting scenarios that everhyone is moral and legal.....here, that he pays a fair wage, etc. (although I have no idea what he pays his employees, who choose to work there, has to do with his issue.....how much money he legally makes.)
29 Nov 23
@AverageJoe1
Point of Order, why do libs jap up a post by saying 'What if he was illegal or mistrating his employees!!?!??"
It should be stipulated Forum-wide that all scenarios are above board, moral, all that good stuff. The issue itself is usually interesting enough. Like this one. That, a man should be restricted from earning.....more than he can spend??? What? I don't even get that pooint.

@averagejoe1 saidAs the capital goes up and up, the morals go down and down.

@averagejoe1 saidThe Article V movement is hard proof that those seeking to rewrite the Constitution are conservatives, whether Republican or 'other'.

@wajoma saidI guess your assertion of who got their 'butt kicked' is entirely based on fantasy.

Government helps FAR more people than any Corporation, focused as they are on only themselves.
