In the community in which I am currently renting. a fairly spacious 2 bd, 2 bath, 2 car attached garage goes for about $450K-$500K....like you wrote C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!!
We have a one bedroom condo in San Juan Capistrano we own that we can sell for over $225K....one bedroom, one bath, detached garage....it's just nuts
