Don't worry, all this circus is for one thing and one thing only:
To get money directly from Trump's base so they WILL be launching ever more stupid lawsuits just like it in lower courts around the country.
Trump will continue to pass off his lies which his base will swallow hook line and sinker and he will continue to tweet his begging for money.

The sad part is they will get away with it, they will convince their base they were fighting the good fight even though those folks in their base could not even say just WHAT they were doing or why.

Of course it goes deeper than that, those 70 mil are the 21st century version of 1863 and they WANT another civil war, I imagine they think they can win this time and then go back to having slaves from those sub human blacks and Asians and Mexicans.

The SCOTUS did not decline to hear the case based on the merits. It had nothing to do with that.

The SCOTUS refuses to hear the evidence. If the SCOTUS will not consider evidence if Texas is the plaintiff how is the Trump legal team supposed to get them to hear the evidence?
The Trump legal team has a lot of evidence. That is NOT why the SCOTUS rejected the case. It has nothing to do with evidence.
