I'm on the other side of the world and I don't have skin in this game. I've done a google hunt and found many conflicting reports, which I expected because the information superhighway has a 2% rating in the US. Talking points:
1. The video appears to be factual, only I version out there, and clearly premeditated.
2. Nothing in the video shows it's a "private office". Non-student areas in most schools would generally be shared spaces apart from principal's office and the like.
3. In normal situations neither Islamic nor Christian believers are confrontational unless challenged. I expect that these students have tolerated mistreatment before they decided to make the video. Even then they wouldn't have got the result if she hadn't obliged them by repeating the mistreatment.
4. Some of the posters in this thread are playing political games. This clearly has absolutely nothing to do with the collective insanity of American politics.
@booger saidYeah… Christians don’t do that at all…
The crazy part is people are becoming anti christian because it's fashionable and they are embracing muslim crap which is far worse when you compare the negatives like muslims putting women as second class citizens and the extremist beliefs etc.
🙄
@averagejoe1 saidThe prestigious sounding "Franklin Academy" sounds like a chaotic free-for-all.
She was fired because the school board is liberal weenies.
Marauder, show us somewhere in the articles where they say that the students DID have permission to be where they were. Geez.
Ya got kids wandering the corridors looking for a room they can use. And two teachers who should know better telling them,
"Hey there Muslim kids, you can use that Jesus freaks' room over there. You don't need permission or assigned a time slot, just walk on in and do your thing."
None of this passes the smell test. And the more I read about it the worse the stench gets. So basically what we have are two teachers setting up a third teacher by using Muslim kids as pawns.
@athousandyoung saidWhat?!! Seriously? No offices in schools for minors?
I’ve been a teacher and we don’t have offices in schools for minors
How can parents expect kids to get any work done if teachers and administrative staff are hogging all the office space? 🚸
@kilroy70 saidWhat office space? You have to pay for that space! Why bother when teachers spend all their time in the classroom?

@booger saidNo the bigoted Christian woman started something when she interrupted the students at prayer.
@no1marauder
They allowed them to go into a teacher's office and the two teachers who gave permission were not the teachers whose office it was.
Clearly the two teachers wanted to start something.
Strange coincidence they were recording it no?
If she wasn’t happy about them being there she could have made a complaint to the headteacher or administrative body. This is just another evangelical Christian extremist throwing red meat to bigots like yourself and of course you and other bigots have jumped on it like a half starved hyenas.
@kevcvs57 saidEveryone is forgetting what school is for. Students running schools now?

@averagejoe1 saidThank You for the moment of sanity here.

For the people defending this chit, how about if a bunch of Satanists invaded her office for a ritual, could she kick them out?
Or a tribe of African Witch Doctors?
Just when can a professor tell people to GTFO of her office because she has business to conduct, and their magic show isn't welcome?
@jj-adams saidY'all are making up a rationale that didn't exist. She says on the video that she broke up the prayer because she believed in Jesus.
They came into her office and took over the floor.
They had no right to do that.
They can pray anywhere they want as long as they don't encroach on the rights of others.
Don't you see that?
@jj-adams saidOr worse......th Black Lives Matter people. Boy, you better not run THEM out!
