Or your ancestors earned it, or you got it in a bonus after giving dodgy advice to your banks customers, or you embezzled it. Meh theres lots of ways to get rich. Some people earn it, some people don't. Theres no simple answer.
You can't scrutinise how someone got rich and make them pay accordingly.
