Doesn't matter much now, the cat is out of the bag so to speak. And we beat down AIDS to a livable disease and I think we will fully defeat it in a few more years. It has been a long long road to even getting the disease under the control it has now.
Now Covid is the new AIDS, it is mutating like crazy into more deadly forms but at least we have a 20 year head start on the research to control THIS pandemic, in SPITE of the roadblocks put up by Trump.
With actual humans in office now, you can see what emergency powers does to the fight against Covid. Emergency powers Trump didn't use since he said Covid would soon be down to zero cases and the like, since February 2020.
Now with a REAL POTUS, things are getting done on a federal level as opposed to Trump pitting states against states for PPE and the like.

He washed his hands of the whole thing and even pawned off the Covid task force to the VP and never even attended a single task force meeting.
