Perhaps the ability for a president to pardon anyone should be revoked. But...careful what you ask for....you may get it.

Bush will try to top Clintons abusesive pardons during his final days in office, but he probably won't go hillbilly on us and steal the furniture like Hill and Billy did.

I hear he might turn out Gitmo and award each 'Victim of America' with 40 acres and a mule.
