Or, you were asking a question; the correct form of your sentence in question form would be (I have to guess at your intent) Do you think you should use correct English in your posts?

A declarative would preclude the "maybe" qualifier.
Had I CHOSEN to use a declarative, it would have been as follows: "You should use English." I did not. I CHOSE to use the interogative and used the qualifier "maybe" just as good grammar dictates.
Do you see the difference?
