Sh76 is a socially liberal Republican in line with the establishment. This means from my point of view he is basically a democrat, one that does not like taxes.

Despite his views differing from most liberals (like on socialism, Israel, etc.) no one accuses Sh76 of being a mindless drone, as seems to be the case with most conservatives here. He clearly researches the topics he discusses and has an informed opinion that is respected by most posters here, liberal or conservative.

I don't need to agree with everything someone says to respect them as a poster. Sh76 consistently makes educated replies; that's in stark contrast to most conservatives here.
