Love the part where Trump's lawyer bleats it's not fair he'll have to stand trial when he's running for President and the judge responds "That's not a legal argument. I'll see on March 25th."
@no1marauder saidImagine that, having to stand trial while running for an office his legal team argues is a non-office.

"How can you be running for an election when you're sitting in a courthouse. This is where I should be." Trump says to the cameras outside the courthouse. The man really just doesn't get it; may he be running for a non-office from a jail cell instead of a courthouse!
😆
@no1marauder saidJudge is correct. Anyway he hates Trump, so the lawyer was just going thru the motions, laying a history for later appeal. Cool, huh

@moonbus saidI want him to win the presidency fair and square. It will cut down your future 40,000 posts to maybe 35,000 posts.

@AverageJoe1
Sonhouse, could you acknowledge that Fani Willis' staff visited the WH twice. Why, Sonhouse, did they visit the WH? You really do have the inside track of what is going on with these cases.
Sokunds a bit nefarious. Sonhouse, this case is against Trump, in Atlanta,,,,,and Trump is not connected to the WJH. Why, he is not even a democrat.
Can you give us the skinny on that, and please stay on track, and no Suziannese........I know, I know, don't tell you what to do!! But if you go angry, who will read your post, how will we ever learn.
@averagejoe1 saidA man who paid hush money to get into office once should not have gotten into office the first time. The same man who tried to overturn a second election should not get into office again.

@moonbus saidYawn. We are where we are, Moonbus. My granny just said that. Don't go Sonhouse on us. PLENTY of other, current, stuff to banter about. Why did the Fani staff fly to Washington and go into the WH? What possible connection could there be? I think that this is a fair question. Current, too. Next you will be writing about trying to find ballots or some such.

Help!!!!
@averagejoe1 saidTrump thinks he can make the justice dept. dance to his tune. He's got another thing coming. Fani's affair is a sideshow which has no bearing whatsoever on Trump's attempt to overturn the election result in Georgia; it's Trump's oft-repeated attempt to deflect from the facts of his own case by embarrassing, intimidating, and besmirching his accusers. He even tried to besmirch Judge Engoron. It worked before in civil cases, but it won't work this time.

@vivify saidWill that be 91 trials? My granny wants to know.

Trump faces up to 134 years for his 34 felony counts in New York. If convicted of all 91 charges from all of his indictments he faces over 700 years.
@suzianne saidI don't get your post.......Might I remind you that judges appointed by Trump ruled exactly along the provisions of the Constitution when making their decisions about abortion, the last go around. Did that not make sense to you?,,,,They sent the abortion thing to the states, which is the only thing that they could have done. It is a given that you do not agree with the ruling, but still, they abided by the Constitution, which u make an issue of here.
If Republicans gave half a damn for the Constitution, he wouldn't.
As I said, I don't get your point. Could you elaborate, understandably?
@moonbus saidI can't imagine following this stuff word for word. You need a hobby, Me, I just let the law do its job. Me and Sonhouse.

@moonbus saidYou missed my question.....do you know why Fani's staff had to go to the WH....Twice? This does not look too good for the Democrats. Surely the dems did not get into scheming about nailing Trump. So, what , then?
