No, Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails. Crowdstrike admitted under oath they had no evidence Russia hacked the DNC.

You are spreading disinformation. You have no evidence so that is a conspiracy theory you are spreading from Hillary Clinton. She did that to distract people from her toady DW Schultz's election meddling in the DNC against Sanders and Hillary hiring DWS to work on her campaign right after she was busted and forced to resign in disgrace.

The email leak exposed DNC election meddling so Hillary accused Russia so an internet search for election meddling would not lead to DNC election meddling. It would lead to the new election meddling conspiracy theory. Even if it was Russia all they did was expose election meddling in the DNC.
