A it’s not just the US that has sanctioned them
And
B Their big customer for the future was going to be Germany, that’s why they built Nordstream 2 but Germany and Western Europe is going to massively reduce its consumption of Russian carbons in fact all carbons mainly due to the stupidity of Putin

Everybody that invades other nations kill civilians. Fallujah and Sirte for example. I don't believe Russians are intentionally bombing civilian shelters though. That does not serve Russia's interests. What is your source of information?
