@sh76
But you do not care about what is Constitutional. You base your decision on fear.
Perhaps they should tatoo those who do not take a vaccination so everyone can know who they are. I am really surprised a Jew would take the position he has taken. Perhaps people who do not take the vaccine can be rounded up and put into special concentration camps to protect you.

@eladar saidFirst, I don't do slippery slope arguments. I've never been impressed with them.

But even assuming I were, I don't think it's a reasonable leap from "choice of the store owner whether to admit" to "round up and put into concentration camps."
@sh76 saidSo you will allow people who have not been vaccinated to live among you unidentified?

It is not a slippery slope.
What about the Civil rights aspect? What if taking vaccinations is against their religious beliefs?

@sh76 saidYou have to laugh when an anti vaxxer conspiracy theorist accuses you of basing your decision on fear though.

@no1marauder saidSame reason why store owners should not be forced to sell food to those who do not vaccinate. Stores are private operations.
You're seriously agreeing with Eldy's premise that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is unconstitutional?

@eladar saidIt’s not fear if it’s a rational action taken to eliminate or greatly reduce your chances of catching a life threatening / changing disease!
@kevcvs57
Why get a vaccine unless you are afraid of catching something?
It’s fear when you you make an irrational decision to not take that action because you’ve been scared witless by a debunked conspiracy theory.
It’s a clear case of rationale v fear and we know who the scaredy-cats are on this forum.

@no1marauder saidWhatever floats your boat.
They are part of Commerce which the Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate.
@kevcvs57 saidIt is rational because in your opinion the fear is real. Got it.
