Biden doesn't have a true Senate majority, he has a 50/50 split with Kamala as the tie-breaking vote. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Semana are conservative Democrats, which means Biden doesn't have enough liberals to guarantee passage of bills. Trump had more than enough conservatives to pass any law he wanted.

And everyone knows that. You just don't want to acknowledge the fact Moscow Mitch ruled the senate and would not allow even discussion of Obama nominees for SCOTUS.
It would have been a much different world if that had happened with judges more inclined to be actually impartial as opposed to the POS members we have now, the political arm of the religious ultraright.
